A new document was filed this afternoon. It is an agreement between both sides to extend Kennedy's time to file an opposition to Axll's 's motion to dismiss to May 9th. Axl has to file his reply to Kennedy's opposition by May 15th. The return date for the motion is extended to May 16th.

My guess would be the link was added to his Twitter bio by somebody else and Axl has nothing to do with this... or he took a quick look at the site, saw the quote and thought, "Hm, did I say that?" but left it at that.
