  1. I've been on a big Houston kick the last couple days and ended up checking out some stuff I hadn't before. Y'all fuck with Fat Pat?
  2. That's a solid 8 hour drive unfortunately. The south is way more spread out than people from the north think
  3. If I don't do Bonnaroo that weekend, I'll try and make that happen. I'll keep you posted.
  4. Wow that's a tremendous slap in the dick that there's no ATL date and Nashville is on a Tuesday.
  5. Yeah, it's a damn shame the one he worked on with Trent is never gonna come out. He released one single for this one, so there's at least some progress already:
  6. You've seen he's dropping an El-P produced solo record next year, right?
  7. Listened twice so far. It's a little less in your face than RTJ2, which I'm fine with. Some of the production reminds me a lot of El's solo stuff, which I love. Definitely need to spend some more time with it, but early returns are great. The surprise guest on Kill Your Masters killed it, no pun intended. A Christmas Fucking Miracle, indeed.
  8. Phoebe Pearl is the Rockette speaking out about performing at Trump's inauguration. That's probably what he meant.
  9. Funny thing is, I really only know Isbell's solo stuff. What Drive-by Truckers album would you recommend?
  10. Some great stuff in this thread. Since Chris Stapleton and Sturgill Simpson have been covered, thought I'd throw another name in here for newer stuff that I dig:
  11. Gonna need Zack de la Rocha to give his blessing for a full Rage Against The Machine reunion. Prophets of Rage is cool but not the same thing.
  12. Yesterday I finally listened to UGK's Ridin' Dirty for the first time. God damn, that took me too long.
  13. Honestly, I got no idea. Whenever I'm up in New England I always play it by ear in terms of being in Boston/Maine. But I figure at the very least, I'll be around during the day on the 29th. I'll let you know for sure.
  14. I probably won't know if I can do the Murphys shows until at least January or so, but I'm actually going to be in Boston the week of the Throwdown for a Kanye show at the Garden on the 28th. I'll hit you up.
  15. An ATL date was apparently too much to ask for this tour, so I might come up for some of these shows. As of now, all I have for 2017 is Run The Jewels in Atlanta on 1/21. I also have Bonnaroo penciled in for June, provided I don't hate the lineup.
