All those groups named were just like, just hip hop. Hip Hop just had a lot more scope in those days.I agree with you and in general hate any sort of classification in terms of music. I saw them a bunch of times live and they never disappointed. Kat Bjelland's voice was incredible live.She also had a band, Crunt, that were very good as well.
