Not twitter but;

Courtney Love, Aerosmith’s Joe Perry, Mötley Crüe’s Tommy Lee, Rob Zombie and Led Zeppelin drummer Jason Bonham are among the many musicians who will join Velvet Revolver/Guns ‘N’ Roses guitarist Slash for his all-star concert in Las Vegas on October 2. The concert, billed Slash & Friends, celebrates the 20th anniversary of Las Vegas hotel, casino and white tiger playground the Mirage. Other guests include Velvet Revolver buddy Matt Sorum, Rick Neilsen of Cheap Trick, Rocco Deluca of the Burden and Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger.

Wouldn't joe perry on a slash album be....idk...redundant?

i mean, there's suble differences in their lead playing, but thier styles are so incredibly similar that it'd be incredibly hard to tell

ah yeah their playing is very similiar, but their tone is what completely differentiates them apart.

Shit, if my math is right, that's at least 16 tracks he's now laid down. He'd finished the scheduled 14 a little while ago and has talked about at least 2 new ones since(the Janis-esque singer and now this Duff/Grohl track).

Hopefully we get 'em all. Sounds like he's on a roll and using up this extra time to keep cranking through stuff...
