We get our line-up confirmation from a drum head and a tour confirmation from an Instagram picture with a fan. Axl looks great though. Very realistic shape for a guy who's 54. Fuller but not bloated. His face looks way better without the moustache and this at least proves he's giving a shit about this. What i like from all of this, is how axl knows that just throwing that tour thing to a random guy will become a source of info for us, press just in a few minutes. That said, he looks more lean in the face, though one pic is after a run and one is not. He can take diuretics to drop the bloated water weight but that won't help with fat. He should go on a low carb diet the next two weeks and maybe lose 4-5 pounds of pure fat with some cardio and that may do wonders. He is probably at 20% body fat if not more. If he could get down to 15% that would be great! Most regular college athletes are at about 10%. Very good athletes about 6-8%. Body builders 4-5%. So 15% would be good for an average guy.
