The Nightrain Fan Club forum is back open and the official site has been adding short clips and pictures from the April shows. They've also been doing a couple contests - probably trying to make up for lost time. The band is currently rehearsing without Axl currently since he's still with AC/DC. He'll only have like six days off in between. Axl is finally off the throne but still in the brace so he's been moving around the stage casually but not running. It's not about idolizing, it's more about wanting to know the history behind Axl's songs. Yeah and I think baseball is a waste of time but maybe it's normal coming from Europe lol. I'd much rather talk about Axl and Erin than Chris Pitman or Melissa Reese or how many copies CD really sold. Yes, when I like a celebrity or entertainer, I'm interested in their whole life, what makes them tick. Axis life is pretty interesting and Erin was a big part of the GnR lore. Not trying to be sexist here by the way, I just read through the last couple pages and couldn't help but notice that most of the posters here who enjoy discussing Axl and Erin are female (killuridols, nonok, nn18, Italian girl, Lumikki, starlight, AxlsFavoriteRose, bossy78, Kira, etc... and SerenityScorp, sanity_lost and Scream of the Butterfly as well I'm guessing). All girls And frankly, Erin's posts are the only actually GnR related news we have at the moment, and it beats discussing Pitman for me as well.
