Axl's refusal to play ball on the last album would have put a bad taste in the record companies mouth. That said however, they might try and negotiate things properly as they can still make quite a bit of $$ under the Guns name. Axl has CD off his chest now, BBF is itching to record, he has a co-writer and producer in Dj, the band is tight, its the best shot to record something. I hope so anyway.
