I'll be picking this up for sure.I never got around to getting the other live DVDs, just because anytime I see Death on the Road or Rio they're usually like $40-50 for whatever reason. Need to check online for those.Death On The Road is never too cheap because it got recalled due to a problem with one of the concert discs, and never got a proper re-release. It's not a particularly good one to be honest though, it's my least favorite besides Raising Hell (Which is just utter garbage). Definitely worth picking up, the concert footage looks spectacular in HD!As for DOTR...I agree that Dance Of Death and Paschendale were highlights (Though I think DOD sounded a lot better in '10/11 than '03 despite being less theatrical), though I'm not too keen on Bruce singing LOTF. They're so good on that live album, that you don't even need to listen to the rest.Forgot about Journeyman, the DOTR version completely obliterates the album version for me. It's got the same rapid-paced editing of Rock In Rio, and I know a lot of people don't care for that. The setlist for the Dance Of Death tour was pretty boring IMO...6 songs from the album (Most of which are great live in all fairness), a Blaze song, and some classics. The show has it's moments in terms of theatrics (Particularly Paschendale), but it's overall a lackluster show in that department. One of the concert discs (Can't remember if it's the stereo version or the 5.1 version off-hand) has a problem where it boots back to the chapter menu between songs after the first 5 or 6. The documentary on disc 3 is the highlight of the set to me, very insightful about what goes on in the studio and planning a subsequent tour...very different subject matter than the "History Of" series or Flight 666.Setlist for Death On The Raod:Widest DreamsWrathchildCan I Play With MadnessThe TrooperDance Of DeathRainmakerBrave New WorldPaschendaleLord Of The FliesNo More LiesHallowed Be Thy NameFear Of The DarkIron Maiden---encore---JourneymanNumber Of The BeastRun To The HillsAll things considered, it's my least favorite live album/video to date besides Raising Hell (Which I'd prefer to forget was released...). The classics are not necessarily the strongest performances they've released, but they're not bad. The Dance Of Death tracks are really the best thing about DOTR; Dance Of Death and Paschendale are really theatrical live, Journeyman magical bing played acoustic (The only time to date Maiden has played an acoustic track live, let alone on record), and the other 3 all hold their own as well. This give you an idea of what to expect: Here's a question to anyone who has/has seen all the live videos; how do you rank them best to worst? I know this is a subject of some serious debate, so I'm curious how everyone feels on here. My list:1. Flight 6662. Live After Death3. Maiden England4. The Early Days5. Rock In Rio6. Live At Donington7. Death On The Road8. Powerage5 Posted January 23, 2012 Author Share Posted January 23, 2012 Did Maiden England ever get a dvd release?Not yet; it was originally supposed to be released in 2008 to tie in with the Somewhere Back In Time tour, but not only did it never get released, but they also went back and removed any mentions of it in older press releases for the tour/Live After Death DVD Did Maiden England ever get a dvd release?I'm guessing that will be part 3 of the History of Iron Maiden series.Oh and this was on youtube this morning: Looks decent enough. I hope they don't use split-screen to that extent on the final product. I also think Dance Of Death sounds a bit rough which has me worried about how The Talisman will sound...
