Zint
Rochester is a fair bit cheaper than any other show so far...$125, nice! B)Top seats (non VIP) in London are $126.25.So I was happy with that...considering gas prices by then are supposed to be fuckin brutal! James Bond
I sent PS the info anyway...better to sign up,in case it's necessary.I seem to recall having to log in to my cyber-club account...but I don't remember.I got my VH through the American Express presale so I didn't have to deal with the cyber-club.I also let him know he has to get tix through the JLC website...Ticketmaster doesn't handle their shows.Oh and...sent him the password,I guess that helps. I love how you guys were having a conversation about me and how I can get my tickets. I appreciate the info though! This will be really cool. I've heard good things about the JLC but never been there. -just looking out for a VH brother. You still thinking of coming up for the London Slash show?...or did this just trump it?I love my Slash but this might take priority now. I'll probably have to miss out on Maiden now though. Too much all at once, but it's definitely making up for my lack of concerts last year. I'll see. I've got one more exam and then I'm right back to full time hours at work so I mean, I've still got more than two months to take care of some bills and work out all these shows. Obviously I'm with Zint on this one...there's no way I'd skip Maiden for another VH show. This is honestly going to be the best Maiden tour ever, and you can bet the only additional North American dates will be Florida next year. Powerage5
I've only seen VH once on this tour...but I'd skip a second VH show to see this Maiden tour.I wouldn't be heartbroken if I couldn't do this fourth gig, but I'm really glad to see a Rochester show. This is the first major show I've ever seen in Rochester, the next biggest I've seen at home would be Stone Temple Pilots, who drew about 2,500 last Summer. I've made a hefty bit of extra money lately, so I'm glad I can jump on this one I've got tons of people going to this show too; we'll have a few people staying at our house, since Maiden is just 45 minutes away the night before. We've got friends from Switzerland, Scotland, and India that are gonna go to VH with us the next night too, then my roommate and another friend who were both gonna go to the State College show are coming up for this one. Already made the arrangements with my band that we can either play early or late, our show is just about a 5 minute walk from the arena, so everything works out perfect B)
James Bond
You've seen VH twice on this tour...you're going to go for a third show instead of the Maiden England tour?? Now, now. I said I'll wait and see. I missed public on-sale for Maiden because a buddy of mine who loves them never got back to me about going, but I've already booked that day off so that way if money is okay nearer to the show I'll just buy a single seat.Speaking of single seats, I tried for lower bowl (both tiers) for the London pre-sale. Nothing came up for the first tier and only back of the arena came up for the second. Even though I didn't really care where I was sitting I figured I'd try for a floor seat just for shits and giggles. I'm glad I did.
Powerage5
I still haven't come up with a good solution to the Flickr limit. I guess I'll just post the more-compressed images from my photography page on Facebook. Powerage5
Love the shot of Ed with his Charvel. I wish he played the Charvels more often...they just look so much more iconic than the Wolfgang. Makes for better pictures IMO

Makes for better pictures IMO One just sold on eBay for around $2000 after starting at a 99 cents. Pretty generous price compared to what they often go for. You're right, definitely more iconic than the Wolfgang (though I absolutely love the Stealth).
Powerage5
So how'd everyone do for the current round of buying tickets? I had 7th row floor, dead center for Rochester, but Ticketmaster "encountered an error" and booted me back. Lost those seats, and ended up with 15th row lower bowl, just a couple rows behind where my Pittsburgh seats were. I can deal with that B)

I got the Vancouver show coming up here in the next few weeks. He sounded pretty damn good in Pittsburgh at the end of March...I haven't checked out any recordings of shows since then though.Speaking of Pittsburgh, I'll catch you guys up on pics I've been uploading on my photography page on Facebook. This is gonna be a 2-parter, and I hope you guys are okay with a lot of Dave:
James Bond
Love Dave's expression in the second to last photo. The fourth to last is awesome too. I'm impressed that Dave can still do that. Again, nice job at capturing specific moments like that.

I was really bummed though...Eddie never jumped off the stairs that night like he usually does, at any point in the show. Powerage5
St. Louis tonight Have a blast! Make sure to take note of what gets played in the rotating slots...Nashville seems to have dropped the ball on that one Enjoy tat! Powerage, love that second to last shot of Ed. Here's the rest of mine, and they're all on my page on Facebook now Fuck, forgot about the 10-picture limit. I'm editing the last one of this set into my last post, so scroll back up if you care to see it
tat2d1
Had a great time @ the St. Louis gig. Got to the arena and they had opened up a section on each side of the stage and allowed us to upgrade our tickets for free. So, we went from being 3 rows from the last row in the building to 10th row on Wolfie's side of the stage. Awesome seats. Made me wish I would have brought the camera. I had too much of a good time rocking out to play super close attention to the setlist. I know they opened with Unchained and I do know that Women In Love was played. Pretty sure they played The Full Bug & Girl Gone Bad too ( but don't quote me on that).Dave's voice sounds pretty tore up, but somehow he makes it work. I had a blast!!
