It only affects that Blu ray disc. Mind you I exchanged in for a different copy on Amazon.

It indeed says it is a Region A

That doesn't matter, the issue can be exclusive to certain disc. (Something in the encode thats not jibing with your player)

Contact Shout with the problem and see if they can help.

Ever since Fox fucked up and stopped releasing Archer on blu-ray with the Seventh Season, I made a silent vow never to purchase individual seasons of a continuing show (i.e. True Detective does not count since seasons stand on their own) and to wait until the series is completed and released in full.

That said, I'm going to have to make an exception for the new release of Stranger Things:
