Where is the rule about public information a USER tells you to post being "private" and a violation?

I see nothing in the forum rules saying that posting public information about a user, who tells you to post it, being a violation. Hell, I don't even see private info about a USER being a violation.

You can accept those donations but ignore questions regarding stupid suspensions for a violation of phantom rules.

Posting shit out of the white pages is not private info.

Posting shit out of the white pages is not private info.

It is and it isn't. Depends on the context. :)

It's public information from the start. A phonebook isn't private. And the context is irrelevant when the user the info belongs to permits you to post it.

Take this example. Somebody has their name and address in the phone book but registers here anonymously. If they don't want people to know their real name and address then yes it is private from the forum.

A: The user isn't anonymous.

B: The user gave permission to post it

C: the rules don't even say anything about user info. Only band info.
