Just curious, have you been able to listen to them to compare the quality to what's circulating ? Are those even the same demos that have been circulating forever in the GNR bootleg circles or are they uncirculated? Thanks in advance for any info you have about them!

I have not listed to them yet. Even still, I'm not sure I am the best person to be able to tell differences. Major differences sure, but subtle ones I am not so sure about. People have asked me how my Live Era 1996 promo cds compare. People have also asked me how my TSI publicity copy compares. The first problem is that I haven't listed to either of those, but I'm guessing the diffrences will be minor. But I am going to send them to this guy who will make transfers for everyone, just might have to be patient. And even when/if I do listen to them I will not know if they are the same as the ones you guys have heard since I really don't keep up on any of that.

As for the cds, I have had the Red Hand one for a while. I bought 6 sealed ones on ebay a while back. You can find the whole story on here somewhere. Then I bought the grenade cd and an opened red hand cd from a certain person, most of you can guess who. And I do mean figuratively, there is no need to actually guess as I won't confirm or deny. A littel research will probably get you the answer you are looking for anyways. Didn't pay as much as they wanted initially, but eventually me and the seller found a price we were both happy with. Yes, the quality of the grenade cd is not the same as the red ahnd or regular version. Both of those are market ready. The grenade cd is demo/prototype only. I was skeptical at first and filed a dispute on PayPal which I immediately escalated to a claim. I then had the item officially confirmed as legit and withdrew the claim. Not gonna say any more than that, sorry! I did notice that some of the pics of the grenade are out of order, and a pic or 2 is missing from the red hand. Will correct that ASAP!

I saw jman's response to this, and I really don't have any more to add. I will say this though, I heard from Carlos that there's CRC versions that don't have the red dog artwork. Weird!

Um, I think most 7" records at HMV were about £2.99 or £3.49 back in the day. I used to buy loads from there. You may be right about some being given away though (with ChiDem on vinyl).

Honestly, it's been so long since I bought them and I can't find anything about them in my emails so I think maybe, I got one with my vinyl copy of ChiDem and then I bought a second one on it's own. I definitely don't have two copies of ChiDem on vinyl (12").
