Shocking!!! No really, what else would he say? I have yet to see a musician that doesn't praise who they're currently working with. I have to admit, it would be way more entertaining if he came out and said "Slash sucks balls! What a piece of shit to work with." though.

Considering Axl is the only person I have heard say a bad word about Slash I am speculating Myles really feels that way.......

That's not the point. I'm sure that every musician that ever worked with anybody felt that way when they said it. I'm sure Axl felt that way when he praised Slash to the highest degree when they worked together. The point is that it's ridiculously boring when a musician complements a musician that they're currently working with because it should be obvious that they think highly of them or they wouldn't be working together in the first place.

and you are wrong about all musicians loving each other when they work together......I can think of a number of cases where this was not true....Ian Gillian and Ritchie Blackmore hated each other yet did 2 DP reunion tours together....Gilmour and Waters in PF.....Henley and Frey tolerate each other when the Eagles tour.........etc, etc........

Gilmour and Waters loved each other when Gilmour joined the band and they love each other again now. Of course they didn't when the rift happened. I don't know jack shit about DP and I don't even know who Henley and Frey are. I would be more than interested in reading any of these people knocking each other in the press though, so links would be appreciated.

And it's spinning because Axl vs. Slash has no place in this thread. No reason whatsoever to turn it into that.

not my problem you don't know anything about DP or that Henley and Frey are the leaders in the Eagles mate.......you claimed that musicians who work together love each other and that is not the case....as far as quotes go do your own research as the bands I mentioned are high profile and quotes not hard to find......and lets not get carried away claiming Gilmour and Waters love each other again.....they may have reconciled enough to do an odd charity show but I doubt they trade christmas cards...

Nobody said anything was your fault. Something is seriously wrong with your ability to understand what you read when that is the conclusion you come to. You're the fan of these bands so I thought you could be somewhat useful and point me in the right direction. Guess I thought too highly of you. Oh well. Being a fan of Waters I have read recent interviews with him and he does nothing but praise Gilmour, so I already know you're wrong there.

You can sit here and whine about Axl vs. Slash all you want, but I'm not going to sink to ruining another thread with that. You can find someone else to do that with you.
