Chris1989
The cars have knobs, the Lotus has a vagina and Red Bull are doomed - how things can change in the matter of a few months. Google Toro Rosso STR9 if you haven't seen the knob design.Testing is underway, after a Front Wing failure ended day 1 for Mercedes, they have come back strong for Day 2 and 3 - over 150 laps with the new V6 engine.Renault meanwhile have managed less than 30 laps between THREE teams. Adrian Newey, Sebastien Vettel and Christian Horner have all gone home - things are not good, and there are fundamental issues with an engine that has been in the design and build process for years.Rumours are that it could take 5 months to fix, half way through the season! It could be Kimi vs Alonso vs Hamilton for the title this year! Tater Totts
Kind of what I thought might happen, could have the title decided by reliability and as you pointed out it isn't looking good for the Renault engines at the moment.Difficult to know how the cars will perform until practice before the first GP but testing is always interesting. And it always good to see Vettel and Red Bull struggling

Chris1989
Means nothing unless it comes from Sabine or the Doctors in a press conference.Red Bull packed up mid morning today having done 27 laps.Mercedes and Ferrari both completed a race simulation today - Merc have covered well over 200 laps - very good! Tater Totts
Red Bull are a surprise in terms of long run pace and reliability.Cars look like a handful which is great!Slung 15 quid in Vettel to win at 10/1, good odds on that.Red Bull were always going to sort out the issues as they are the best team, I just wonder how it will do in full race conditions with a full tank. This weekend is a bit of a crap shoot, all the cars will have gremlins that need to be ironed out so we could see lots of crashes, stalls, break downs and retirements. Can't wait
Chris1989
Were you aware of the rain that is predicted? It could make the Renault powered cars near undriveable.
