Black Sabbath
I'm really late, but I'm kind of just getting into these guys, and I'm really liking everything I listen to.They're kind of like a more less-aggressive, electronic, groove oriented NIN. Kind of. Kind of.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vEI5MG7HiCAinb4thepossiblehate?
Dean
I never got into them until 2010, when we started inheriting Just Can't Get Enough as a song. Check out their stuff. you won't be disappointed.
MEXzilla
Great band their early 80s stuff is bad imo but their late 80s and 90s stuff is really cool. My personal favorite albums of theirs is Viloator and Ultra just plain cool stuff and especially awesome vocals.
RussTCB
Loves me some DM. Saw them in concert twice, twenty years apart and they were excellent both times. Enjoy The Silence is one of my favorite songs of the 80s.

Subtle Signs
Their last few albums have been hit&miss for me in terms of overall quality but you can't go wrong with ULTRA. It's an all-around great record, IMO.Can someone post the WRONG video? It's creepy as fuck but a great song and one of the more interesting videos I've seen in years.Yeah I'd say NIN were pretty influenced by DM. Dave Gahan has to be 50 and he can still sing well live&do a great job as an energetic frontman. Edited April 15, 2014 by xGNRxSTARx

wasted
I got into them from Music for the Masses, Strangelove I just kept hearing over and over. Obviously Violator is a classic. But I kind of got back into them for Songs of Faith and Devotion. It has a more rock slant. Then the 3 cd remixes of the all their songs just blew my mind. It's just a cool way to listen to their stuff. Edited September 18, 2015 by wasted
Rovim
Yeah I love this band. I go back to the music often. Definitely some magic there. The guitar player is extremely talented imo. The whole band is gifted.Took a long while to like it though tbh.
wasted
I always heard them in France in the supermarche and thought they were this weird French band. Even Strangelove sounds like weird europop. Gahn came good eventually. He does great interviews. When Kurt died he said Kurt stole his idea. Faith and Devotion is rocktastic. I found Remixes at the back of the cupboard and Dance of Death by Maiden. So off to score some crack and get it poppin in the hood. Probably a sixer of Kiiliner Black Beer. Policy of Truth do do do da do do doo.

dalsh327
The thing with Depeche Mode and The Cure is that hearing those songs live blew away the studio versions.
Dan H.
Depeche Mode is cool. They're one of those groups that have a lot of songs that I like, but I can never be bothered to listen to a full album.
