Nice ... because he's not fat .... he has water retention due to cortisone.There's a pill for that. If it's water retention,then he needs to be taking a water/fluid pill. You don't get a belly like that by eating a ton of food, you get it from drinking. His arms and legs are still small. If he quit drinking and did light workouts he would look fine.
