GUNSNROSES513 Posted April 19, 2014 Share Posted April 19, 2014 Found out my sister was pregnant, few days later she had a miscarriage. To top things off i found out my great uncle passed away. I only met him a couple times but i really liked him. I wanted to see him again this summer. It really meant a lot to him when we went out to see him last year. Unfortunately, its stuff we all deal with but it sucks.We saw him last year and i heard all these stories about my grandpa, it meant so much to him to tell these stories, and it meant so much to me to hear them because i only have a few memories of my grandpa. There's no explanation for it but to say that random things sometimes collide together and force us to face some nasty realities. Sometimes these things happening so close together can have a profound affect on us though and it can change our perspective on some really important stuff in life. Sometimes there is no other way to find these things out. Consider it a test and become a better person from it, whether it means you become more compassionate, value your family more, learn to cherish memories, whatever it is.
