I downloaded it online, its three CDs worth of live at Fillmore, have i got the wrong thing then?

From the Fillmore shows there was the original Band of Gypsys album released during Jimi's life time. Then there was an official two-disc Live at the Fillmore East  (1999) which contained more material from those shows, and just recently the whole of the December 31st (first set) performance was released officially as Machine Gun: The Fillmore East First Show (2016). (There was also the 1986 release Band of Gypsys 2, which was an inferior release but did provide a bit more of the Fillmore material).

Box of Gypsys is basically this mammoth six disc bootleg boxset which recreates the complete performances by using the above official releases - all except the new one - and filling in the blanks with audience recordings; it also includes the notorious Madison Square Garden show, so it basically contains the complete live record of the Band of Gypsys. It can be downloaded here,

Flac (the links might be out of date),

It is on torrents also,

The recent Machine Gun  however renders the first disc a bit obsolete.

The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan

Oh what did you see mah blue eyed Len,

And what did you see my darlin' young one,

I saw 10,000 nails in the mouth of the ocean

I saw a dark dirty alley with a turd in the corner

I saw a group of dancer with their ankles a-twisted

I saw money and diamonds in the hands of some children

I saw trains and planes parked at the bus station

I saw lobsters and crabs with rings on their fingers

I saw 10,000 tins without no tin opener

I saw Zippy and Bungle and George was a-trailin'

I saw a thousand young poets dressed in double denim

I saw 5 ugly slappers cellulite showing

I saw a Barista with a teaspoon in his keishter

I saw a throbbing member with an off-white discharge

And its a hard...its a hard...and its a hard....and its a hard....and its a haaaaaaard raiiiiins -a-gonna faaallllllll

Well, coming from a highly prejudiced blues purist i prefer the originals but in and of itself its the best I've heard Les Rolling Stones sound in fuckin' ages.  Well worth your attention my dear.
