So the tour has officially been announced. I just scored my tickets to the Toronto show and could not be more excited.

What are we hoping for for the setlist? Personally I was a little miffed that they played so much stuff from the Chuck era on the last tour. I don't think we need to hear much more of that, and likely won't since they will have new stuff to play.

I realize this is nitpicking because it's still goddamn Faith No More reuniting so whatever. I'll take a set full of Herb Alpert covers

Nice choice. I'd love to hear Jizzblobber but thats probably a pipe dream.

What about the sound of the new album? Based on Motherfucker and Matador (just live videos) it sounds like it will an updated version of Album of the Year type of stuff. So that's promising at least

I somehow snagged tix to the Toronto show, I had to refresh about 20 times but I'm pumped.

"cone of shame" is great. my concern with new FNM was that Hudson was kind of the weak link and guitars would take a back seat, but between the creepy atmospheric guitar line on Cone of Shame and the solo in Motherfucker, so far he's shining.

And I cannot believe how heavy on KFAD that setlist is. I love it, but that's an interesting choice. I also like closing with Pristina. Would love for them to bring back "Just A Man" to the set

I'm not sure if it's because KFAD is about to complete 20 years.

I would love to see Malpractice and Mouth To Mouth back on the set. I asked Roddy at the fnmblog :P

Malpractice would be bonerific.

As far as I know, the last time that song was played live was when patton was playing with the Dillinger Escape Plan. To my knowledge the reunited FNM havent played it

They played a short version two or three times in 2009:

DEP's version is my favorite ever. Intense as fuck.

So the full album has been sent to magazines for reviews etc. And it has received great reviews.

But it means that it is only a matter of seconds before it leaks... now would i wanna hear it... yes. Will I buy it on the day of release, most definitely!
