I say that even with GNR being my favorite band (with Zeppelin). Axl doesn't seem to want to move things forward, and Ron is so freaking talented. He has dedicated 8 years of his life to this and hasn't even had a chance to write a song. He can stil play with guns & do his own thing but then I suppose that's what he has been doing & it isn't satisfying him. He needs his own times rather than wait on when gnr will announce tour dates & maybe can make the same money without being part of the band.I'm really sad & wondering if they need to replace him. Can one of the others play his part or do they really need someone else join up (and for how long).Then again when he talked of trying to commit suicide a while back it may have been part of the frustration and unhappiness being in the band and we don't want that.Wish I could be there, Redhead and Think About You get your gear on - we've got to get to the airport to head to Vegas. :cry: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

He reached out to me and left me two after show passes back in 2011. I had a great fn time backstage with him and GNR. I was eating at the Hard Rock and invited him over, we chatted for a while. After, he left my friend (non GNR fan) told me, that guy is one awesome fn dude.
