bran Posted June 19, 2014 Share Posted June 19, 2014 (edited) basically the promoter was all messed up and not very organized for an event so danzig had to play before the opening acts. the condition was that danzig was supposed to announce the other bands. instead danzig closed the show and never announced the other bands. then things came to a head and you see the video clip. this is the guy who punched danzig side of the story anyway.here is an interview about it.http://www.vice.com/read/i-punched-danzig-in-the-facedanzig claimed it was a setup by the guys crew, so the guy could sue danzig for hitting him. Axl was still some Indiana hayseed while Danzig was making a name for himself and influencing many bands along the way. Still like know but I don't follow them much just every now and then.Yeap Glenn put on a few pounds like alot of people do as they age.So say will look at the RHCP they still look fit. Not everyone ages the same and no matter how hard one person my try they will never be the same size or in some cases close to the size they where 20+ years age.Alot of people start have thyroid issues as they age and there weight gain can be huge until they find a medication that will level it out and some never find that medication that works.I get so tired of most people saying well this person is the same age or older than Axl and looks great but Axl is fat and if he wanted too he could lose some weight. If you look back on bands from the 80's rock era I bet you will see that most are overweight and people that are close to the same size is more of an exception. All you have to do is look around you if you 35+ years old and notice people you seen when you were 16 and I will bet most will be overweight compared to the youthful size.Like I said there are exceptions to this but most will have gained weight, what about Slash?????? Some sooner then others, but I'll bet many just don't give a fuck anymore once they hit a certain age, and they just let themselves go. I have no problem with it.
