Pisses me off he is touring with them because I want a full show, not a 30-45 minute express version. Damnit.

I noticed he did a ton of solo stuff on that set list. Dropped a lot of GNR.. Cool that he has that much material, suck he has to drop GNR tunes to fit it in.

He actually didn't drop a lot of GNR. He usually plays about 5 songs and he played 6 of them tonight. I don't think he's ever done more than 6 or 7 in a show. So this set is right on par with how much he's usually been playing. I don't know what he cuts down for Aerosmith, but I have to imagine he won't do less than 4 GNR songs. This is a mainstream crowd we're talking about and no doubt GNR will get the best reaction.

Good setlist, although thankfully its not killing me I didn't make the 5 hour drive to NH for it. Nothing I was dying for, and as much as new songs are cool, I'm bad with that stuff and don't care as much if I don't know it beforehand. I'm shocked no Bent To Fly, but otherwise its all about what I expected. Cool he did You Could Be Mine which I can't wait to see. Great opener with Hard And Fast which surprises me and I like more than Ghost or Halo which he did for a LONG time.

My guess for an Aerosmith set:

1. Nightrain

2. Back From Cali

3. World On Fire

4. Bent To Fly or another new one

5. Sweet Child

6. Paradise City

7. You Could Be Mine (I hope!)

8. By The Sword

9. Starlight

10. Anastasia

11. You're A Lie

12. Slither

13. MAYBE a Todd song thrown in, but maybe not if its just an hour

Obviously not that order but those are the songs I expect. The set writes itself basically with his regulars from the last 4 years. I think Nightrain will be the opener cause I can't imagine what else will. Maybe a solo song, which makes sense because its a Slash not GNR show, but I don't know what solo song gets the best reaction. Nightrain bona fide gets the crowd on your side from the start. I think World On Fire would be awesome as an opener but I doubt they lead with their new single.

Dang. No Bent to Fly. Although, they did play two new songs that we have yet to hear, so that should be interesting to see if it comes to youtube.

Great setlist

I am going to tonight's show, just got word today. Through work I actually managed to get on Slash's guest list. I am guessing that I should have some good seats. I'll have a review/pics tomorrow.

Cool, looking forward to it!

Also try to make some videos from the new songs if possible!

Will definitely try to get some. Apocalyptic Love did not get much play in my apartment when it came out, so I need to brush up on those songs to get an accurate set list!
