Towelie
At last. It's a joke really, when you consider how scarce new albums come from other veteran acts (*cough* Axl *cough*).... but like you said, for Prince this was an eternity. But do we really need Funk N Roll on both albums?? And I could live without Breakfast Can Wait. But still, minor gripes. Looking forward to it. WhazUp
Hell yeah! It is about time, glad we are getting 2 albums and it is only a little over a month away.

dalsh327
You also have Screwdriver, Extraloveable, Da Bourgeoisie, and Groovy Potential which he put out for download, and the live versions of Bambi and Something in the Water. Mutiny's not being released I guess but it's out there. Fixurlifeup, Funknroll, Breakdown, and Breakfast Can Wait are already out there. If you look at the artwork for Art Official Age, it's the Purple Rain vinyl in the background.
RussTCB
I'm hip to this. I wish both were coming on vinyl as well, but I'll live.

Rovim
Calling 4 years an eternity on a GnR forum is just plain cruel man.I think the OP meant for other musicians. You know, less crazy artists, like... Prince. Edited August 25, 2014 by Rovim
