OmarBradley Posted September 7, 2014 Share Posted September 7, 2014 (edited) I haven't read through all of this thread, but not only do I see nothing wrong with this - I am confident in saying it's a good thing. Development contractors are often required by contract to build "x" amount of lower income housing for "y" amount of high income housing they build. But contractors often do not do this, and the city looks the other way because high income development brings money to the city. I wish this would actually happen more often.
