Black Sabbath
I think another thing that helped 360 was the stage, which was a big selling point as it was a spectacle for the show. Though this tour is doing something different with the back to back nights and all, to a lot of people it just seems like "another tour". But honestly, I think they'll do fine. Once a few shows play and people see videos or reviews, they'll probably sell even more tickets then.

One of last year's best records imo.The lead up to this tour isn't like 360, because 360 was a one of a kind event. This will be an arena tour (which will be awesome). As big as arenas are, they are much more scaled back compared to the craziness that was 360.That is totally fine, these will still sell like crazy. U2 has reached legacy status like any other major band of the 60s, 70s, 80s, and even the 90s now. Their new stuff won't do much except make hard core fans happy but their concerts will still be near sell outsIts just a natural stage in their career. I actually think this tour will be better than the 360 tour. I agree with both of you too that the stage for 360 was a big seling point. the stage itself built hype. It was so massive. there has never been anything like it and might not ever be anything like it again. However I think they may take the high tech visual effects to new levels on this tour. I'm surprised they haven't released any concept art of what the stage looks like. haven't announced any opening acts(guess there won't be any maybe) and haven't really said anything about how the show will differe. If they're planning on giving two different experiences from night one to night two you'd think they'd be promoting that more.
Estranged Reality
"california" is still a jam.not a bad album altogether. people are so quick to hate these days.
wasted
True never truly rock but Rattle and Hum, Achtung, All that You Can't. Pop Rock. But not just pop which is kind of Innocence is. Songwriting is great though, Miracle, California, Every break wave are great songs.Just don't chase the Zeitjest so hard it makes me feel unclean. I liked Atom though so maybe it's just the pop scene isn't to my liking right now. Or it's become too obvious. Like Madonna just jumping on the newest dance song.I really think they could do a great album with Cash and Dylan being inspirations. I think could do a Time out of Mind one day. Even Bowie got back in rock with Reality. Bands can still evolve and grow just at the Stones with Voodoo Lounge and Bridges to Babylon. Not the greatest but opportunity is there. Radiohead could also shake the world with a great rock album. Edited April 23, 2015 by wasted
ZoSoRose
I think U2 and the Stones should do a joint stadium tour because they are the only two bands at such a level
Bono
Been a lot of audio leaking the last few days fo U2 reheasring in Pacific Coliseum in Vancouver. General consensus was up until now it has been studio versios being played, probably for the lighting techs to figure out the lights. This though is no doubt live U2 reheasring Rasied By Wolveshttp://www.atu2.com/news/spoiler-more-audio-from-u2s-vancouver-rehearsals.html

Black Sabbath
I like it up until the "Stronger than fear" bit. They could have made it a pretty good rock song, but it gets weird at that part.
Bono
Raised By Wolves is my 2nd least favourite. My least favourite is Cedarwood Road because it's a let down. It starts off pretty cool and then just goes lame and sounds like some poor b-side off HTDAAB. I skip those two songs regularly. Had they included INvisible and The Crystal Ballroom instead of those two songs SOI would be easily in their top 3 albums. Gackt
I'd expect throughout the concerts played at a specific city, all of the tracks on Songs of Innocence+ will be played at least once. The three deep cuts I most want to hear on this tour are Like a Song, Silver and Gold and Electrical Storm

Like a Song would be awesome. Silver and Gold is great too. As far as deep cuts go I wanna hear them play Exit and Acrobat but what I really want them to bring back are Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild HOrses and Discotheque but thos two aren't exact;y deep cuts. Just rare live songs.

Gackt
Seems like a good tour to dust off some old hits that have been neglected over the years tracks like I Threw a Brick and Two Hearts Beat as One are classics, but haven't been played in years (I think)

Black Sabbath
98 percent of tickets sold. So what was all that about them not selling as well? And what has Bono done to his hair? Bono
I'm really not impressed with where the Red Zones seems to be. From some of the pictures taken inside Pacific Coliseum the red zones seems to stretch the entire catwalk giving red zone ticket purchasers the entire rail along the catwalk. In essence creating VIP section in GA. That's nonsense and is NOT at all what was shown on the seating charts on ticketmaster when purchasing tickets. Had I know this could be the case I'd have purchased more expensive seats in the lower bowl. The only reason I buy GA tickets is to get the front row rail. Or 'd have purchased Red Zone tickets initially. Kinda lame they'd switch the layout now. I guess we'll see how it plays out. As for Bono's hair he's always had light reddish hair. He's been dying it black for decades I'm sure of it. Edited May 1, 2015 by Bono

Black Sabbath
What's the stage look like from the inside? With the news about them rethinking the set list idea (which I think is dumb), I may only worry about trying to do one show this time around. Gackt
I'd guess this is Bono's "natural" hair color, probably didn't want to be considered the Dublin Ginger of the group so he's kept it dyed all these years judging from the most recent photo, it seems like he's trying a dirty blonde look for this tour. The only one who looks pretty rough for his age is Adam, everyone else looks fairly healthy (I'd bet Larry and Edge have had some facial work done)Things can always change for the setlist idea, but I don't blame them for wanting to stick with some of "the hits" for each night at a certain city so people who could only afford to go to one show can get to see some of their bigger songs be played. Since they're recording Songs of Experience while rehearsing, there's a good chance we'll be hearing a few new songs when the tour kicks off (“Red Flag Day,” “Civilization” and “Instrument Flying”)
