Slash & Myles Covering Rocket Queen

Kennedy is a good singer but he hasn't got the power in the right way to carry GNR songs imo. There's only a handful of singers who can fill Axl's shoes to a colourful degree rather than a mere competent degree. Nothing against him cause he's a good singer and is clearly passable in concerts to the paying customer, Slash and Zeppelin.

Axl tone (2010) > Myles tone (ever)

Slash tone and solos >>>>>> Bumblefoot / Ashba / Fortus tones and solos

Brent Fitz drums tone >> Ferrer drums tone

Todd Kerns tone and vocals > Stinson tone and (Dizzy and Pitman's) vocals

Sidoris tone = Fortus / Ashba / Bumblefoot tone

In a overall view, Slash won.

Best performance of that song played in over two decades

Almost every performance of 2010 is way better than that

Well ... no

2010 RQ by NewGuns is by far better than any version of theirs since, but it doesn't match the Conspirators version at all. Just my opinion of course, not a fact.

Gotta give credit when credit is due.. Axl shockingly sounded good in that one.. The band stayed somewhat true to the original for once.

As far as the bands go, i'd take the Conspirators since they actually sound like Guns and Slash's solos are incredible.. Axl should just crash one of Slash's shows one day and jump on stage for a song...
