Damn_Smooth
Not exactly average, but babies can be stubborn little shits. I'm sure they would have done a C-section by now if there was anything wrong.
Dazey
Cheers guys. Everything's fine but it all keeps stopping and starting. We've had series of contractions every day from Thursday onwards and they keep going for a few hours then stopping. We're going back in to see the consultant in the morning and may have to be induced.
Johnny Drama
That's one long labour. Sounds like inducing would be the best thing at this stage for mother and baby. Take it from someone who got stuck, then the forceps didn't work as well, got pushed back in and made it out by cesarean.
alfierose
Best of luck Dazey. First babies can often be like that, if it's any consolation second babies tend to fire out like bullets!! :-)

Kid will be out of there like a rat out of a drainpipe. That's one long labour. Redhead74
Where the fuck is that kid???I'm starting to think it will need to enrol for school as soon as it pops out! Or maybe college? Regardless, there's no doubt it will have all of the McLeod attitude the moment it breathes it's first breath.

Redhead74
If she has actually turned her head down already she might be very chilly. I mean her Mum is a Texan and she might be thinking......"what the fuck is this shit cold extremity I feel from Mum's c***?" It's not unreasonable, really it's not. In fact when it comes to UK weather I'd give it a big bad:
