Dr. Who
Throughout his entire career, Axl has adopted some really bizarre looking outfits on stage, for example:All of these outfits and ones like it he has worn have either made him look silly (in retrospect), or have really dated his image and made a lot of the old GN'R shows hard to introduce a new audience.Contrast his on-stage attire with Kurt Cobain, his biggest rival:or Robert Plant, one of his influences:or James Hetfield, one of his contemporariesThey all have a more subdued, but still Rock N' Roll image, that really hasn't aged badly with him. Why doesn't Axl try dressing on stage more similar to the way he dresses off stage? If Axl dressed like this nowadays onstage, he'd look a lot better:No hat, no bandana, no dressy shirts, no heavy coats, no chest protector, no fedora, no raincoat--just a cool, sublime rock star image. Popular Post Damn_Smooth
Axl should wear whatever the fuck he wants to wear. That's a pretty gay thing to worry about in reality.

jbhutto
Axl dressing kinda crazy is sorta part of who he is lol. More apt comparison is probably to Michael Jackson.

Nosaj Thing
I liked Miser better when he wasn't posting.I think the complete opposite. He's helping this forum to have new discussion, even if he's rehashing his old threads ideas. I thought he was going to be a pain in the ass but so far, I've been enjoying his presence. He's the exact same boring and unoriginal tool that he always was, but I respect his right to post. Really can't wait for his spazzout though, it's the only time he ever gets close to being amusing.

niceguy
Axl had one of the most iconic rock images in his heyday. Then he got fat. That's really the main problem. It's very hard to make a fat person look good, just like it's very hard to make a thin person look bad (kilt and boots, anyone?).
