Val22 Posted March 24, 2015 Share Posted March 24, 2015 Plissken is a local Dallas band made up of 4 great guys and my son is their drummer.They have been working on their debut cd which should be released soon.the great news right now is that on April 17, 2015, Plissken have been asked to open for the rock band Buckcherry, at the Gas Monkey in Dallas Texas.This is a big deal for the band as there is another local Dallas band playing on the bill too.If anyone loves in your face rock and roll and will be or lives in the Dallas area, please come out. Val22 Posted March 29, 2015 Author Share Posted March 29, 2015 Well, Omar thanks so much.Yeah, I totally understand I'm have to be proud because my son is the drummer, but I know these guys and I know how hard they work with writing their own music.My son is self taught as are his bandmates, so my husband and I were just blown away when we first saw our son play in a band. He's continuing taking drum lessons to learn new things, which is very cool.anyway, I do appreciate your taking the time to listen to Plissken.
