It's not the most rock 'n' roll brawl we've ever heard of ... but here's what went down. Ashba was at Planet Hollywood over Memorial Day weekend to see Romeo Santos perform. Our sources say when the guy said something about the e-cig ... Ashba shot back, "What are you going to do about it, buddy?"That question sparked the fight, and we're told the guy's girlfriend even got in the mix.Security escorted all of them out, but cops determined Ashba was the victim ... and the couple got cited for misdemeanor battery. Tom2112 Posted May 28, 2015 Share Posted May 28, 2015 I know I "hate" on Ashba a lot but I think he was in the wrong on this occasion. Most places say no smoking, that includes E-cigarettes. The correct non dick move is to apologise and stop blowing smoke vapour in peoples faces. Now we don't know the full story but I can imagine that we have a good idea how this all went down. "what you gonna do about it?" I'm gonna beat your ass, that's what I'm gonna do. I don't get pleasure out of people getting beating on, but when the guy deserves it and acts like some sort of macho rockstar then he really has it coming! I would guess that the guy at the concert just wanted to listen to the music, and had no intention of fighting until he was provoked.
