Gordon Comstock
Baz is awesome. I saw him last year in a little theatre, fun gig and he still sounded decent, although most recent videos I've seen his voice is gone/on its way out. When I saw him open for Guns in 2010 he still sounded great though.

Apollo
you know it's sad when if you are a hack you got money and fame but if you are really talented you got neitherSo singers like Axl, Robert Plant, Freddie Mercury, John Lennon, Mariah Carey, Elvis, Steve Perry, Mick Jagger, Roy Orbison, Paul McCartney, Prince, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, James Brown, Little Richard, Marvin Gaye.....they were all hacks because they "got" money and fame?Well hook the rest of us up. Can you share the names of some truly talented singers who haven't received money and fame? I would love to add some new artists to my CD collection. Val22
Steel Panther rocks! Can't wait to see them in Dallas on December 18. I saw them open for Judas Priest, but this is their show now!when we listen to them in the car, I just laugh and sing along like a crazy woman! Some of Steel Panther's lyrics are so crazy you just have to laugh! But honestly, Mike has one of the best voices in rock and the band are so talented and funny as hell. bacardimayne
I love that the last bastion of "real music" for shit-rock fans is a fucking self-aware parody band. They make fun of their fans. Edited November 19, 2015 by bacardimayne
Val22
No they don't. Steel Panther put on amazing shows and yeah, their songs are so crazy, but also entertaining. They also can play and Mike can sing his ass off.For any fan who loves 80's music, these guys show you a good time. It's all in good fun. dalsh327
It's a backhanded tribute to Sunset Strip metal, most of those guys started on the Strip in the late 80s-early 90s when it was in decline. Their resumes are pretty solid as far as musicians go. A parody would be doing what Weird Al does.
Val22
Mike Starr and David Lee Roth's old band from the 80's are doing the whole Eat and smile cd.I think Mike will kill it! He's got David down cold.Sorry just read this show was cancelled by the fire marshall so no one played. What a bumber!
