I just found out tonight that a 300ml bottle of Tropicana orange juice (tiny bottle) contains 2 servings!

Which reminds me of this video I saw;

Basically, it's a video that I saw a couple of years ago that taught me; seemingly innocent fruit juices are actually quite bad for you since they're a great way of overeating!

I actually found that the 300ml bottle of orange juice from Tropicana has 2 recommended servings (to my surprise) when I was trying to find out; How many oranges actually went into a 300ml bottle of Tropicana, for something... But as of yet, I haven't found an answer, just that that tiny bottle contains 2 servings.

If you are talking about fruit you cannot use Tropicana as an example. Whilst fruit may be in it there are alot of other things lurking. Also drinking that much juice might just set off a diabetic response. Moderation is key and stay away from any juice claiming it is nothing added nothing taken away yet every single bottle tastes exactly the same? How? You ever have 2 oranges taste exactly the same?

Innocent juice says free from fruit concentrate so I like that...

Why did Snake-Pit stare at the juice carton for 6 hours?
