What would be my chances of getting a general admission/floor ticket during public sale? I don't want to risk not getting anything but want to weigh whether I should grab one of the Nighttrain seats near the stage or risk GA.

I've never been to a GNR show before, so any advice is appreciated.

Hard to say as this show (big 3 GNR reuniting) hasn't been done before, Coachella was different because the festival sells out on its own anyway. In theory there could be way more or way less interest amongst the general public than we can guess at. I'm hedging towards the former - even if it's just scalpers.

Sorry that's not especially helpful

I'd buy the seat now and then see what you can get during the public sale. That way you at least have a ticket. I don't think you'll have a problem selling your ticket from today if you grab something better Saturday.

Thank you nonetheless! It's helpful advice regardless. Options are never a bad thing.

God, I'm sirt of glad I'm broke, I might have been tempted by this. Spending $900 on tickets? Or more! A little too rich for me!

To everyone going! Enjoy!

I'm gonna have to wait for Euro dates and hope and pray they don't cost much more than 100 like the reunited Fleetwood Mac shows. I'll sell one of my guitars if necessary, but it puts a lot of pressure on the show to be great and I hate the idea that someone might be stupid enough to throw shit.

these prices are a sure buzz kill, hope they are gonna re-think their price structure if they are going to tour the stadiums because I am going to guarantee it is not going to sell well if they are going to charge what they are charging for these vegas shows

New york Hotel & Casino or MGM Grand seem to be the closest hotels.

Any preference?

NY is kind of tacky and dated. MGM rooms are nicer and updated. I think they might still have a bottom tier that isn't updated but I'm not sure anymore.

If all you care about is being as close to the venue as possible, and if rates are similar, I'd go with MGM out of those two.
