In Pennsylvania refusing to take the test is an automatic one-year suspension of your license, regardless of if you're drunk or not.Blood tests shouldn't be refused but they're going to arrest you if you refuse the field test. They might also have your car towed. Cops have made mistakes in field sobriety tests and the judge threw it out, no license suspension.
