'The Most Dangerous Band In The World: The Story Of Guns N' Roses' To Air On BBC FOUR In UK (Fri 5th Feb 10pm)

Tom Zutant claims aside, the Marc Canter footage is what this is truly worth watching for.

And the OD was 1988 not 1992

The OD in question was in San Francisco 92. It´s in Slash book and in the Behind The Music documentary.

Axl, 53, thought a different Slash took over his body following the overdose.

“Axl genuinely believes the soul of Saul Hudson left his body when Slash OD’d," Tom said

Kill the ghost that hides in your Saul.

1986 was arguably the most important year in the four-decade history of heavy guitar music

?

(Seems the author of the piece puts a high premium on the Bay Area Thrash scene and sees GN'R as retrograde, to that movement!).

I've read a very similar story told by Stephanie Seymour (I think) in a Rolling Stones article (as I recall it was entitled 'Axl Rose: the lost years' or something), but it envolved her being locked in a closet.

It should be of no surprise. Lots of posters here are in denial, but Axl has probably left a lot of abused women in his wake. All it takes is one journalist to start digging around into his past, and we will be witnessing a Cosby situation.
