Planning on making this trip to see GNFNR would like some information about parking it looks very complicated on the maps I've looked at. We are staying Pittsburgh North / McNight any help would be appreciated :headbang:

Best advice I can give you is go early. As someone who used to live in the area, I can tell you the traffic, and the street layout can be frustrating as fuck. Once you get parked though, Pittsburgh is a fun city.

Just a reminder to the ladies going to the show- make sure you have a very small purse. Got an email saying the rules will be the same as a Steelers game. If it's bigger than 4"x6" it has to be clear. So just bring a small tote or satchel. Can't wait!

Ahh seriously debating driving the 5 hours and 30 minutes out to this show since it lands on my birthday.

I usually hear about really cheap seats at the other shows for like $25 each. Any of those for this one? If so anybody have a link?

There's still some $24 tickets available on TM. May be worth holding off a day though, in case they do a price drop like they did for Chicago #2.

You could park In the David L Lawrence convention center parking garage(Fort Duquesne blvd) and walk across the bridge. It may cost more parking over on the North side where the stadiums are located. Pittsburgh can be a terrible city to navigate If you are not familiar with It although the stadiums and Convention center are easy enough.

Just checked the map on ticketmaster and It doesn't look like there are many tickets left. Not sure what Is going on or If this Is another Kansas City deal.

Not very clear, but this was the map on July 7th. So either they had a huge rush for tickets in the last 3 days or they are closing sections. I know which I'd probably bet on.

It doesn't really matter though*, it'll be the same amount of fun regardless.

*May matter to people who are hoping for price cuts for cheap tickets and those who get to move to the lower bowl from their nosebleed seats.

Next to Detroit I think this show sold the worst, and they filled Detroit by show day so they'll figure something out.

Very true, so far Phoenix doesn't look much better then Pittsburgh. I guess we will see how It turns out.

Just tossing this out there for anyone coming in from out of town.  Fiori's pizzeria is the best in town, IMO.   Corner of West Liberty and Capitol.   We'll be hitting it up tomorrow night. Just sayin'.

I'm only posting this because I'm super hungry.

For anyone that wants to meet up before the show I will have us some space at Levels bar inside the Rivers Casino.  For those of you coming from out of town the casino is basically in the shadow of Heinz Field and certainly within walking distance.

I will get there around 4:30-5:00 (my boss is cool like that) and I will have my Nightrain fan club shirt on and will leave my fanclub lanyard laying on a corner table.  There is a chance that I will be at a craps table, but I will let the bartender know what area we should try to gather in so ask one of them if you don't see a middle aged white guy with a receding hairline wearing a Nightrain shirt.

Looks like most shows GNR goes on around 9:20 and since I have no interest in seeing Wolfmother I will likely be there till 8:30 (subject to change).  The casino will be charging $60 to park your car once we get within 5 hours of show time but if you play an hour at a table game (many will be $5 tables) they will refund your parking fee so get a receipt on the way in should you choose to park there.

I am looking forward to meeting as many of you as show up, even if it's just for a beer or two!

I will try to stop by.  I have to pick up a bunch of people throughout the day but I'll try to swing in for a beer and just to say hi.
