2016 - The W. Axl Rose's year

Recommended Posts

I agree with everything except the being in shape bit.

He's still not there in my opinion, but obviously he's been off his feet, which hasn't helped the cause.

He was in excellent shape the last time 10 years ago i.e. 2006/7 period

Can he look like that again in the face, neck and chest area? I don't know,  but I sure hope so.

I happy with everything but   In my own view I feel this project AXL/DC has win  more visibility than reunion  Old GNR. Someone else feel the same?

I really don't know what to think about it, but it's an interesting question, which has some true.

Pictures like this still seem surreal to me. It still hasn't quite sinked in. Amazing.

Also for me! And it's awesome to see that guy on the left side, who'll always deserve our greatest thanks for having reconciled these two guys on the front.

He was in pretty good shape in 2010, too.

And he's not in bad shape now, considering he's mid-50's.  If he lost about 15 pounds and hit the gym he could be back in pretty great shape.  Gotta get the boot off though!

At the end of the day though I don't really care how he looks.  I just want him to sound good.

I think that when Axl is in good shape, he looks great and I'm happy for him. I do think that it definitely helps him run around and sing better. But he doesn't need to be in great shape to front the band (as long as he is not running around). The only downside is that you get the fat Axl jokes from the people who think that he should eternally stay in the same shape that he was in his mid 20's. The thing is we don't know what the reason for the weight gain really is - for all you know, it could be medication that he is taking.
