Popular Post Fede Posted May 27, 2016 Popular Post Share Posted May 27, 2016 (edited) Yes, It's me, FEDE, the guy with the Periscope from Trobadour and Las Vegas shows, first than anything I would like to thank you for all the good things you say about me, I do this because I'm in the position to do it, I will wait that another fan will do it in my case, I guess I will appreciate it as you do, as you already know I'd been here touring around "GnR Places" waiting for the my trip "big finale" at Dodgers Stadium August 18 and 19, because of the Periscope experience I made friends all around the world, and I try to keep in touch with all of them sharing my GNR Trip trough my cell phone, I promise I'll upload all the videos I'd been generating, in the mean time I will share some pictures of the places I'd been, I may skip some but I have tons of pictures and no time to organize them. If you have suggestions I'll wait for your messages, I still have a lot of thing to do, like visiting more places (bars, houses) or getting my Don't Cry tattoo. Greetings everyone and Guns N' Roses Forever!!! \m/ PS My friends from some spanish speakers countries and me are trying to make something huge as a gift for the band, It will be awesome if we can include people from all around the world, do you like the idea? It's a great effort but I think at the end it will be something we will remember forever. ***Update*** I uploades a few more pics, and I explain what the hell is going on in all of them: (I will update some info soon, so everyone who wants to visit will have a better idea of what they will find over there, and of course, anyone who wants help with it I will help you out, anytime you got directions there's no complication) First We have the November Rain Church, I got some different shots so you can recognize it from some takes of the video, then we have the front of the Hell House, the house that Geffen Records rented for them to live after they sign them and while they wrote and record the Appetite for Destruction album, the one where I'm in the ground is the window where Axl stops to watch the TVs in the WTTJ video, the shot where Slash is drunk seating in the same spot I am, then the Welcome to the Jungle bus station, the music works shop is the little shop where someone got the guitar Slash used for recording Appetite for Destruction, the 59' Gibson Les Paul Replica, unfortunately the guy who customized the guitar passed away several years ago and couldn't now about the success of the band, this little shop used to be a couple of blocks down street, where casually now there is a school of music called "School of Rock", then I got a selfie in front of the door used as location for the first official shots of the band, the back door of Canter's (Marc Canter restaurant) I ate over there but I don't hace pictures of the sofa because there were people eating at that time, they have a lot of memorabilia inside, its feels so Guns N' Roses over there. Then the Slash Walk of Fame Star in Hollywood Blvd, outside the Hard Rock Hollywood, inside the Hard Rock they have in exhibition an Axl's jacket, a Steven's leather pants, one acoustic guitar used and signed by Slash, a original lithography of the original cover art of AFD, and the guitar Izzy used to record and play in the video of Patience. Then Slash's hands in cement and a original guitar from the snake pit era in the outside of Sunset's Guitar Center, the building I show in the pic, is the apartments building that Vicky Hamilton used to share with Axl and Izzy before they got signed by Geffen, cross street is the Whisky a GoGo and close to it up street the Roxy and The Rainow, places they used to show in the Estranged video, the painted wall is in sunset, I think in fact in the first block inside West Hollywood, and finally the old Tower Records building (now a gibson store) the place they used to give the tickets for the April's Fool gig.The last two pics are from the special screening of the Duff Mckagan Movie, It's So Easy and Other Lies in Hollywood. Yesterday i tried to stream the axl/dc Show from Hamburg, but i totaly fucked up ended up without streaming at all, becouse my battery from my Handy was brocken. I will edit it, when I find out how to do it hahaha in the mean time let me guess, the house is the hell house, the house that Geffen records rented for them when they recorded AFD. The side walk I'm laying down in is the location they use for Axl watching the TVs in the WTTJ video (with slash seating in the ground drunk) The Church, the bars, the apartment's building that Vicky Hamilton shared with Axl and Izzy before they got signed by Geffen, and the door is the one in the backstreet of Canter's, the one from the first official picture together, with the one inside Canter's seating in the sofa. On behalf of my ex-girlfriend who lost her little brother a month ago in a motorcycle accident, THANK YOU. She's a massive Gn'R fan and thanks to you she was able to watch the first gigs of the band she loves, that sort of helped her detach from all the pain her brother's departure has caused.
