It would be cool for Steven to play more than 2 (or in this case 1) songs, hell even taking over the duties on drums for most of the tunes he originally played on. But we have to be realistic: it is most likely not going to happen. Never say never, but there is a good chance these tiny appearances are the most of what will be made of it. Like it or not, that is the hard truth and what common sense lays out for us (although never say never) For me I would rather focus on what we ARE getting rather than everything under the sun we can think of that we aren't getting. We have Slash, Axl, and Duff back. Axl is sounding great, the setlist is a great collection of tunes, and the tour is all in all going fairly well. All is good in GNR world right now. Personally, I felt at one point that it was just a straight crime to not have Izzy there. Unfortunately all you need is Axl and Slash. I mean, they have the same lineup as they had in 2014 except Duff is in for Tommy and slash is in for bumble and ashba and voila! They're selling out stadiums.. sucks but it's true. I really don't think it would be so far out of the box to think that he would. tajandreas Posted November 5, 2016 Share Posted November 5, 2016 I see nothing wrong with this concert other than the fact that there's no reason for us commoners to stay awake scavenging for scopes anymore. Same setlist every night, and if there is a surprise it will end up on Blabbermouth. Thrill factor is gone, just rake out the rest of the money and get the thing over with. Maybe hit the studio when it's all said and done? Who knows. To those going to the shows, have a blast because it's seriously a once in a lifetime event.
