My original guess was just some slick editing, that then changed to access to master tapes to isolate sounds then...I don't know. Definitely sounded like some sounds in there we we're not familiar with. Would need to listen to the album to refresh my memory how the song actually sounds on record. Also kinda makes me wish Axl didn't doubletrack his vocals at the 2nd half of PC (the fast solo part). That single vocal track sounds amazing.
