The Doktor Posted February 8, 2017 Share Posted February 8, 2017 In my experience you need to be prepared to wait on hold for around 15 mins if you want to speak to someone when calling Ticketmaster. I reckon it's part of their business model to avoid speaking to customers coz most people can't be stuffed staying on hold for that long. Just need a little Patience. I initially bought Gold GA Standing (rear) at the presale coz Diamond was too expensive for me Then, last week I got an email from Ticketmaster promoting a 50% off flash ticket offer, meaning Diamond GA was now $180. As you would guess, pretty pissed about that. Given nothing ventured, nothing gained, I flicked an email off to Ticketmaster asking if they could do me a solid and change my tickets over from Gold to Diamond for the (now) few bucks difference in price. Well, you could have knocked me down with a feather coz they said yep, no worries ! Happy days. Paid an extra $15 and we're away. TEG Dainty just emailed me as i asked why the nightrain presale diamond GA tickets couldnt be picked up and got this reply. ? Hi James, We have confirmed that tickets are available for collection with the exception of select VIP packages, you will be fine to collect early. Let us know if you need anything else.
