Anyone know when the Chinese Democracy songs released were actually recorded?

I just realised. Three of the worst albums in my extensive music collection are GN'R albums: TSI, Live Era and CD. Quite a statistic considering the size of their discography.

5 out of 5:

Appetite

Lies

Use Your Illusion l

Use Your Illusion ll

Chinese Democracy

Axl's catalog of tunes is small, but perfect. That is the way I see it. Don't care about live shit and cover albums. The only thing that will complete the circle will be Chinese Democracy ll/Slash N' Duff Addition or the vault trilogy Fortus was talking about. Go out in a bang.

I'd like to not care but those three albums - Chinese, Spaghetti silliness and Live Era - exist and lie in my collection, stinking out the rest of my collection.

Pretty sure he didn't re record all his vocals.

He must've done, he sounds the same throughout. You can tell they were all done together. Most likely '06 or '07. Knowing Axl probably both, probably took him a year to get it done if he was doing it line by line haha.

They sound the same cos there's only one Axl Rose.

I don't think he re-record most of the vocals. The demos contains the same vocals as the album release. Except for RIAD.

CD is punk rock meets NIN

Schacklers is a Korn ripoff except its like Perfect Crime meets Ministry with Johnny Cash on vocals.

Better sounds like Yesterdays but in a completely different way, but it's like Yesterdays I swear

Madagascar is like GNR meets U2 if Bono was a synth player + LZ.

If the World is a Bond theme meets 70s porn great work by Pitoman and Taul Pobias, it's punk rock. GNR is punk rock.

This House is Not for Sale is GNR meets NIN + Zappa with some Britney Spears elements.

Am I Roviming/wasteding right?

Man, was that really necessary?

I get that you don't agree with their posts, but come on.

The problem is not agreeing or disagreeing. The problem is spamming the forum with this bullshit for years. Also, 'Sorry' is Pink Floyd with some raggaton touches, punk rock vibe all over it with a lil bit of a surf music influence.
