nature is thriving near chernobyl

a nuclear meltdown is better for nature than human settlement.

food for thought?

if you or me stay in that area for more than 15 minutes unprotected, you're facing an instant death. and these animals seem to have adapted themselves. they have DNA repair mechanisms to repair the damage done by radiation.

this is proof that, even if we exhaust nature to the core, the only beings being extinct will be us, and nature will thrive afterwards.

The overriding message here is exterminate the brutes, begin again, life will go on regardless   The atomic bomb is just natures version of that little lever you pull across the Etch-a-Sketch to wipe it clean and begin again.
