For Example, in Indiana in 91 at Deer Creek night 1 there was over $100,000 in penalty owed as they exceeded curfew by almost 3 hours. I believe some of this was negotiated down by the band and/or promoter. But, if a promoter is making the band pay, that is b/c it is probably in the contact that the band pays all penalties, fees and fines levied by the municipality. So, is that a rare image for NITL given Izzy and Adlers absence? Is that foreshadowing possibly? I mean using a previous band members image to promote the current band is what Gilby sued for. And if its foreshadowing, maybe for a special appearance in tel aviv? Anyways, they probably just had to make an adjustment as they started playing a bit longer lately. Due to the band’s request, the producers announced that the concert will now begin at 8:00 PM That's it.
