I have only ever bought two things through eBay - a Reservoir Dogs Mr. Pink DVD and an autographed Robert De Niro picture from Raging Bull. The De Niro autograph supposedly came with a "certificate of authenticity," and when I read this I just assumed it meant something verifiable - what arrived in the mail was a shitty little thing printed out of a household printer that said CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY on it.I looked up De Niro's real autographs on Google after that and noticed they didn't really look like mine, so I'm assuming mine is a fake. But I don't care because it was only about ten bucks and the picture itself is worth that, and other people who see it don't know the autograph (might) be fake.Never trust COA sellers; it means nothing.
