Banned GnR Appetite Shirt 87'

Finally, after almost a year of searching, I finally managed to find the rarest of rares, the fucking king kong mac daddy of memorabilia, the original 1987 Appetite for Destruction tour t-shirt featuring the artwork intended for the cover of the album, then relocated inside, with the "rape scene"

Here's a picture.. can't express how fucking rare this t-shirt is.

And the "rape scene" which got this t-shirt banned..

I don't know if anyone on here even cares but I'm sure there must be some people who recognise the value of this shirt..

Got a friemd who has a ton of old rock shirts from when he was younger, he gave me one of these and a couple of motley shirts a couple of weeks ago. How much did you pay?

I paid $40 but only because the guy didn't know what it was worth.. they normally go for around $150

You selling those Motley shirts anytime soon?

I have this shirt without the tour names.

I used to have that one as well, sold it for over $175 on eBay.

Wow, didn't know they were worth that much. Gonna hang on to them all. Not sure mine would fetch that much, its pretty faded. Did you see the guy selling a boxfull of 'misprints?' Don't know if they were fake or not but he claimed the front was printed on the back and vice versa and they were just packed away. The thing that made them look dodgy was the colour, it had ornage sleeves.

Yeah I saw that, I think they were genuine though as I've never seen a reprint of this shirt.. there have been a few suspect ones on there but I'm pretty sure they'd get caught out since no-one would pay that much for a shirt without first checking its authenticity..
