OF COURSE he is the best player in the band, it's obvious. He should be the unique Lead player of the band, Axl should give him the role of Slash. Most certainely the best player since Slash. Too bad there are 3 guitar players. they don't need 3 players. What a shame. Robin has a lot of charisma but his live playing is fairly sloppy, though I imagine Robin has played some great shit on the new album. I still gotta say I like Thal the best, he's obviously the best guitarist in the band and I think it would be awesome if he was just the sole lead player, oh...and if he brought his 'beard' and beanie back . Drama One Posted June 23, 2007 Share Posted June 23, 2007 Fortus seems to me to be the most authentic rock guitarist in the band right now. I like all three of them, but for different reasons. I like that Bumble is highly technically skilled (which Richard is also), and I like that BBF is experimental, and I like Finck's recorded material and stage presence (which Richard has also), and I like Finck's image (minus the skert and epileptic convulsions).
