That makes sense. It all depends on how the deal (or renegotiated deal) was structured. Labels will often included provisions that allows them to retain recording rights for material recorded paid by them, whether the material gets released or not. It sounds like the label's mechanical rights to any recordings made during the making of CD are limited to what was released on that album (or, as others have pointed out, were purchased by the band/Axl).

Ironically, he was telling other Fans to leave Axl alone while stalking Axl himself. 🥴 Axl said,"Get out of my face!"😡 Reminiscent of Younger Axl, except Younger Axl would have accompanied that request with a punch! 👊 😉 In this same video, Axl TRIED to go into a Limo filled with women and someone said,"Axl, that's not your car!" 🤣 I think Axl was trying to be slick with that attempt. 😏🤣

About Fans clamoring to get a Selfie with Axl, I personally feel uncomfortable when Axl does Selfies with Fans and he has a MISERABLE look and frown on his face. He either looks jaded, mad, annoyed, frustrated, sad, shocked, confused , scared, bored, upset, etc. So he usually looks like either😳 🥶😐🥴😵‍💫😫😒🙄😔😱😡 etc. If he's going to look MISERABLE in Fan Selfies, if he's going to frown in Fan Selfies I'd rather not have a Selfie with him. 💡

I think I can agree with this. The effects on the vocals in the songs "Absurd" or "The General" during the chorus can be considered more "robotic" than the use of AI technology in the way you suggested.

I've said it in the favourite Axl notes thread aswell, but just check out the way Axl ended Nightrain in those 1986 gigs. How badass is that? That last vocal run, when the arrangement they had with the song was ending it with the chorus. Fuck I wish they kept that for AFD..it's so great. The best one is still from the Music Machine 86 gig on Youtube, just perfect. But it's good on this one aswell. The entire arrangement of that song, from the intro up to the outro was more powerful in my opinion, every other song from AFD was improved, EXCEPT Nightrain. Losing that killer Axl outro alone for a fade-out (which is always annoying) makes the early arrangement better. They also should have kept the fade-in intro with the train and rain sound effects from the Pasha studios demo (which wasn't on the AFD boxset, for reasons known only to TB).
