  1. Today
  2. this is the perfect time for Skid Row to not reunite with Sebastian Bach again
  3. Oh yes, and I am stoked to see Dr. Alibi on the setlist, too. Sure, no Lemmy but it's a kick ass song anyway. One of my favourite running songs, too.
  4. Yeah, Halestorm's cover of Slave To The Grind is awesome. I'm sure she'll do great.
  5. She's just filling in for a couple of shows, no?
  6. Studio? You mean Slash and Duff individually recording their parts in their homes after Carem sends an email with the MP3 attached for them to record to.
  7. Yeah Slash was in top form as always. Dr Alibi, Too Far Gone, Don’t Damn Me and World on Fire were all particularly good. He did improvise the solo on Don’t Damn Me but I enjoyed it anyways.
  8. One for the Alice In Chains fans, a different take on a classic
  9. I don't know much about Twitter, but something is telling me this is an Axl Rose move only Axl Rose could do.
  10. They were going to open two shows for The Rolling Stones in 2006, but they were canceled after Keith fell out of the coconut tree.
  11. Well, congratulations. If that’s the definition of hit, then it’s even worse that Axl had only one single hit in the past 30 years… doesn’t affect the idea of my initial post.
  12. I read that the actor who plays Thomas takes some vacation time each year, so think he is coming back. And Steffy is being a major bitch to Hope...can't stand her right now and also can't believe how disrespectful Douglas was to her. Unbelievable. I felt badly for Hope. She needs a break too. I was very glad that Carly was there for Jason. Christina, Sonny etc. are rushing to judgment on Jason and that is so uncool. Hope they all feel terribly awful once the truth comes out. That will serve them. And of course I want Nicole to get her baby back but what good will it do since they fired the actress who plays her....unless they hire someone else to play her. And Leo.....will he tell the truth? Can't wait for tomorrow's episode!
  13. Who chose the singles for Chinese Democracy? Was it Axl or the record company? I'm thinking record company since they forced the album out and zero support from Axl. Whoever chose the singles didn't do the album justice. The megahit that should have been is There Was a Time, which IMO is the best song on the album and one of the best songs of all time. How this epic song was not released as a single baffles me. It's so much better than the title track. Imagine the traction it would have gained (along with the album) if Axl released TWAT as first single along with epic UYI style music video. Street of Dreams would have been a hit, maybe megahit, too. Oh well, two amazing songs that nobody knows about.
  14. So, years ago, Axl signed up as Dexter and posted on MYGNR Forum and other Guns N'Roses Fan Websites. 😀 I remember on the now Defunct GNFNR Website, Posters were saying stuff like,"Did Dexter think those weird cornrows he had in the early 2000s looked good on him? Dexter looks so bad now compared to how good looking he was in the 1980's and 1990's. Dexter hasn't made a new album in 16 years! Dexter sounded great in the 1980's and 1990's, he now sounds like Mickey Mouse!" I remember asking something like,"Why are you guys calling Axl Dexter? 🤨💡🤔😳 This is even worse than people who call him Axel or Axle!"🤨💡😳🤔Posters responded something like,"Axl signed up with the Dexter Username on multiple Guns N'Roses Fan Websites." 😀 Do you think Axl will ever post as Dexter again on Guns N'Roses Fan Websites? 😀
  15. I'm surprised NO ONE in the comments mentioned that a Motley Crue and GNR Tour would help quash the rivalry between Axl and Vince Neil. 💡😀🤔
  16. Their set at Bumbershoot 2012 was one of the best shows I've seen. I can see why people hated Gonzo, it's basically a 180 from what made them successful, but I love that record. It was great to see them gain a bunch of fans with S/T and Church, but they were openly displeased with some of the decisions that came with being on a bigger label, doing bigger tours, etc. If Gonzo had been followed by another Church type of record I think it would be a lot more appreciated, but I can't blame them for going the independent route. Their newer albums don't have great production, but there's some gems on each album... Dreamscape, Love Like This, The Forbidden Kind...
  17. I like the Dr. Feelgood album, but I would not want to see Motley Cru perform since they aren't performing live. I'm also doubting what Nikki Sixx is saying given the fact that Axl and Vince Neil never publicly made up. Additionally, you have Crash Diet, which was about Vince killing the drummer of Hanoi Rocks.
