as you know i'm not obama's biggest fan , but he is the most electrifying and charismatic politician i have ever seen. they were showing his speech from 2008 and it was unbelievable the amount of energy going on in that building. my thing with obama is i kind of wish he would have had a little more experience as a politician so he could maneuver and just out politic congress a bit. clinton played his enemies so well during his presidency, i remember watching a documentary on bill on pbs, and newt gingrich and a couple of other republicans from that era talked about how masterful he was at getting what he wanted but also giving a bone to the republicans every now and then to make things run a little smoother. as for the last part, when i go to the booth this november, i can't in good conscience vote for either trump or hillary. i will always vote for who i think is best for the job, and i think both trump and hillary are both awful candidates. if bernie was running i honestly would probably have voted for him, i'm not a fan of a lot of his policies but i think congress could have kept in check and i think bernie would be more inclined to deal since it seems he is more of the "in it for the long haul" type of person. in all honesty i want to see the political system burn to the ground, we need more ideas and thoughts being shared and not just two voices bouncing around an echo chamber.
    • South America tour Officially announced
Yeah, I heard some announcement should be made between friday and monday. Been told it's highly likely there's going to be a show in Cordoba after all. Hopefully, if the show in Buenos Aires gets sold out quick, maybe they can add a second one there too. Don't wanna get my hopes too high but it would be awesome! A MONTH?!  Last time Slash came to Argentina, I got in line at around 8am and made it to the front row. This time I don't stand a chance unless I start living outside the stadium since next week

AC/DC concert. I think before he performed TTM or was it YSMANL? Can't recall really.

I think there's one thing we can all agree on.... There's some pictures from 2001-2003 where Axl looks strange as fuck. Idk if he was sick during that time (which could explain the looks, the braids, the cancelled 2001 tour, the quietness between 2003-2006, his voice, the Chinese Democracy delays, etc) or what... Look at the picture of him with the pony tail in the blue jacket. He looks frail and thin... But that was around the time of Rio where he had a decent size belly. Then you have the interview at the basketball game in 2001 where he has no eyebrows.... The Mid 90's-mid 2000's is such a mysterious time in the life of Axl Rose.

Obama is an electrifying politician. It will be very hard to win over the young people who wanted Bernie Sanders, but to be fair, young people don't really vote anyway. They came out and voted for Obama in 2008. They stayed home in 2012. They probably didn't even know there was an election in 2010.    Speaking as a Millennial and I hate to admit it, but when people are promised change, they expect it to happen overnight. America is a country that has spent 240 years improving itself. Progress is slow and painful but it will come. Obama aknowledged that not all his changes came that he "promised" but he said it times time, maybe a lifetime. My generation is too stupid to understand that. Once they hit 40 they will. After they pay off their student loans, mortgage their first home, they will understand.    All that matters now that person in the poll booth will have to think about whether or not the should vote for Donald Trump, a man who wouldn't piss on them if they were on fire. Unless you are a Hooter's waitress.
